I received a substitution period in 6th grade, where I decided to introduce some basic mathematical concepts, laying a foundation for my scheduled lesson with 8th grade. The session was both productive and engaging, as I incorporated visual aids and real-world applications to help students connect theory to practical use. Despite some challenges in time management, the session was successful, with students showing curiosity and enthusiasm throughout. Their active participation reinforced the importance of making lessons interactive and relatable. Overall, it was a fulfilling day with eager learners who made the teaching experience enjoyable.   DAY 01 (11/11/24,MONDAY) Since our teaching practice continues in the same school without a break, we arrived at GGHS Mavelikara at 9:30 AM as usual. Upon arrival, we submitted the letter and attendance sheet to the Headmistress, Anitha Teacher. After signing the attendance sheet, we returned to the same room assigned to us during Phase 1. My mentor, Santhosh Sir, assigned me a new chapter, Identities, for my upcoming practice sessions. I had a scheduled class during the 6th period with 8C, the same class I taught during Phase 1, where I began introducing the chapter on Identities.  As mid-term exams were scheduled for the students, we assisted in arranging the classrooms and allocating students to their respective rooms at 2:00 PM. After the exams concluded, we left the school at 3:45 PM.   DAY 02 (12/11/24,TUESDAY) I reached the school on time and began my day by signing the attendance sheet.   DAY 36 04/11/2024-MONDAY   Today marks a significant milestone in my teaching journey. Arriving at school around 9:30 AM, I felt a special sense of purpose, knowing I would complete my 40th lesson plan—a meaningful achievement after weeks of effort and growth during Phase 1 of teaching practice. Each lesson brought new experiences, from the initial excitement and nerves to the joy of engaging students with various teaching aids—simple charts, blackboard explanations, and PowerPoint presentations—to make concepts come alive. Along the way, I learned as much from my students as they learned from me. Their curiosity and enthusiasm encouraged me to adapt and refine my teaching style, helping me connect with their unique ways of learning. This journey taught me the value of patience and persistence. Not every class went as planned, but with each topic, I found ways to make complex ideas accessible and enjoyable. Completing 40 lessons is a fulfilling milestone that reminds me of t...
