SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE 1- WEEK-9

 DAY 32

28/10/2024-MONDAY

Today was another fulfilling day at school. I arrived on time, signed in, and prepared for my scheduled sixth-period class with 8C. In this session, I completed my 36th lesson plan, marking a significant milestone. I was also assigned substitution periods in 7A and 9A, where I had an engaging time with students, sharing some helpful tricks to easily find squares of numbers. These methods sparked their interest, and it was rewarding to see them actively participating and trying out the shortcuts.  During the midday meal break, I joined the students, which offered a chance to interact with them in a more informal setting, building a stronger rapport. The day ended with the national anthem, after which we all dispersed. Overall, it was a productive day filled with meaningful interactions and learning moments, leaving me with a sense of accomplishment and connection with the students.

DAY 33

29/10/2024-TUESDAY

Today was a typical yet rewarding day at school. I arrived on time, signed in, and prepared for my classes. During the third period, I had my scheduled class, where I could connect with the students and dive into the lesson plan. The students were attentive and engaged, which made the class run smoothly. It was satisfying to see them grasp the concepts and participate actively in discussions. In addition to my regular period, I had some substitution periods where I introduced quick tips and tricks to help the students solve problems more efficiently. The students were eager to learn these methods, and it added an exciting dynamic to our day.  After attending the midday meal with the students, which always brings a sense of community, we ended the day with the national anthem before dispersing. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I felt fulfilled by the connections and learning we achieved together.


DAY 34

30/10/2024-WEDNESDAY 

Today was a typical but productive day at school, filled with both learning and connection. I arrived in the morning, signed in, and prepared for my usual sixth-period class. In this period, I continued my lesson plan with 8C, focusing on reinforcing the concepts we had previously discussed. The students were attentive and participated actively, making the session engaging and enjoyable. As I taught, I used examples and encouraged questions, which helped deepen their understanding of the topic. Their responses were thoughtful, showing that they were grasping the material well. It was rewarding to witness their growth and enthusiasm for learning. Additionally, I had a few substitution periods where I introduced quick math tricks to make calculations easier, sparking their curiosity. After the midday meal, which provided an opportunity to interact with the students informally, we wrapped up the day with the national anthem before dispersing. Overall, it was a fulfilling day filled with meaningful interactions and learning.




DAY 35

01/11/2024-FRIDAY 

Today was a fulfilling and routine day at school. I arrived early, signed in, and prepared for my scheduled sixth-period class. During this session, I focused on reinforcing previously taught concepts, guiding students through questions and encouraging active participation. Their engagement made the class lively and interactive, and it was rewarding to see them build on their understanding. I also covered a few substitution periods, continuing to foster a positive learning environment. Joining the students for the midday meal allowed for relaxed, informal connections. We ended the day with the national anthem, leaving me with a strong sense of purpose and connection.
