The Conscientization Program is a process of raising awareness and empowering individuals or groups to identify and challenge social injustice. It promotes critical thinking, agency, and collective action to drive positive change.        DAY 27 21/10/2024-MONDAY  I arrive at the school around 9:30 AM and begin by signing the attendance sheet in the HM's office. After that, I receive the day's schedule, which often includes a list of substitution classes. I have two scheduled periods with my assigned class, during the fifth and sixth periods, where I engage students in lessons or activities related to the subject. Additionally, I frequently take on substitution duties, stepping into other classes to ensure students are occupied with meaningful tasks or revision exercises.  I was also involved in monitoring the SAT exams. My role included overseeing the exam process, ensuring students adhered to the guidelines, and maintaining a calm and focused environment. After the exams were over, I assisted in evaluating the answer sheets, which gave me more insight into the assessment process. Once the day concludes with the national anthem, I make my way back, reflecting on the day's experience...

One of the substitution classes was with the 7th-grade students, and the other was with the 8th-grade students, where I was able to continue with the lesson I had planned. This allowed me to complete 23 lessons in total, which is progressing well towards my goals.  The students were very engaged and participated actively during the lessons. It was encouraging to see them retain the concepts we had covered before the holidays and eager to continue learning. Overall, it was a productive day, and I felt a sense of satisfaction from the enthusiasm and engagement of the stu...
