SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAMME

T he School Induction Programme for B.Ed. trainees is designed to introduce aspiring teachers to the real-world classroom environment, helping them bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. During this phase, trainees spend a brief period observing and participating in school activities under the guidance of experienced educators. The programme allows them to familiarize themselves with the school’s functioning, the roles and responsibilities of teachers, and the dynamics of student-teacher interactions. Trainees observe classroom management techniques, teaching methodologies, and how lesson plans are executed. They also interact with students, gaining insights into their learning patterns and challenges. Nine of us B.Ed. trainees went to MSS Thazkara for our school induction program. We spent five days at the school, and it was a valuable experience for all of us.
